Monday & Wednesday – Grappling Development
Focus:
Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling, designed for competition and self-defense.

Little Warriors (Ages 6–14)
Introduction to grappling fundamentals in a fun and structured environment. -
6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Warriors (Ages 15 & Up)
Intermediate and advanced grappling development for teens and adults. -
7:45 PM – Until Pau (Finished)
Advanced Warriors
High-intensity training for competitors and fighters preparing for tournaments or bouts.
Tuesday & Thursday – Kickboxing Development
Focus:
Hawaiian Kenpo Kickboxing, blending the principles of Kajukenbo and traditional kickboxing.

Focused training for active competitors and fighters.
Friday – Open Mat

Empowering and practical training in a supportive environment. -

Additional time for drilling, sparring, or catching up on techniques.
