Kekino Weekly Training Schedule

Monday & Wednesday – Grappling Development

Focus:
Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling, designed for competition and self-defense.

  • 5:15 PM – 6:30 PM
    Little Warriors (Ages 6–14)
    Introduction to grappling fundamentals in a fun and structured environment.

  • 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
    Warriors (Ages 15 & Up)
    Intermediate and advanced grappling development for teens and adults.

  • 7:45 PM – Until Pau (Finished)
    Advanced Warriors
    High-intensity training for competitors and fighters preparing for tournaments or bouts.


Tuesday & Thursday – Kickboxing Development

Focus:
Hawaiian Kenpo Kickboxing, blending the principles of Kajukenbo and traditional kickboxing.

  • 5:15 PM – 6:30 PM
    Little Warriors (Ages 6–14)
    Foundations of striking, movement, and discipline tailored for youth.

  • 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
    Warriors (Ages 15 & Up)
    Kickboxing techniques, conditioning, and partner drills for teens and adults.

  • 7:45 PM – Until Pau (Finished)
    Advanced Warriors
    Focused training for active competitors and fighters.


Friday – Open Mat

  • 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Open training session available to all students.
    (Note: Schedule may change during fight camps.)


Saturday

  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
    Women's Kickboxing & Self-Defense
    Empowering and practical training in a supportive environment.

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Open Mat
    Additional time for drilling, sparring, or catching up on techniques.


Sunday – Closed

Rest and recovery day.
